Common issues

Make sure the required Set Mac Charge Limit Shortcut is installed before using charge controls.
If a charge command seems delayed, wait a few seconds for the system Shortcut call and charge-state refresh to catch up.
Gentle charging only meaningfully affects behavior in the 80% to 100% region; below that, the app mainly mirrors the selected target into the system setting.
If login-at-startup does not seem to work, check macOS Login Items approval in System Settings.
